Screening of Harun Farocki’s “Parallel I-IV” (2012-2014) and Discussion with Dr. Erika Balsom

This two part presentation is co-organised by Professor Michael Cowan from the Department of Film Studies and the School of Art History at University of St Andrews. It begins at 11:00 with a screening of Harun Farocki’s Parallel I-IV,  followed by a discussion with Erika Balsom, Senior Lecturer in Film Studies at King’s College London. This ends at 13:00.

The second part will be a talk by Dr Balsom entitled “Moving Bodies: Capture and Control in Late Farocki” beginning at 15:30 and closing at 17:00.
